How to request access to the e-banking services

  • To request activation of digital services, contact your Relationship Manager or send an e-mail to mail@corneronline.ch

What are the access codes to digital services?

  • The access codes consist of:
    - a user ID and a password (sent by priority mail)
    - a list of activation codes (sent separately by priority mail)

Is it possible to enable multiple users to use the service?

  • Of course! You can designate multiple users of the service by indicating the required data in the application form and identifying the specific functions to be enabled.
  • Each user receives individual access codes that provide access to the functions enabled.
  • The codes are personal and cannot be given to third parties.

LOGIN

How do I access to the digital services?

  • The first time you log in, enter your user ID, password and the number from the list of activation codes. After entering your access codes, you will immediately be required to change your password; it must be at least 8 characters long and contain upper-case letters, lower-case letters and at least one special character (&%@!).
  • You will then be prompted to enter your mobile phone number and e-mail address. That information will subsequently be used to access digital services through the OTP code that you will receive by SMS, or to recover your password.

I have forgotten my user ID and/or my password. What can I do?

  • If you have forgotten your user ID, contact your Relationship Manager or send an e-mail to us at mail@corneronline.ch.
  • If you have forgotten your password, enter your user ID on the "login" page and click on "You forgot your password". You will receive an e-mail from us with a link to create a new password; finally, you will have to call 091/800 50 55 to unblock it.
  • Requests for assistance will only be accepted if they are sent by the authorised user of the user ID and from the e-mail address registered through the digital service channels.

BLOCKING AND UNBLOCKING

My access has been blocked. Why?

  • The codes may be blocked for the following reasons:
    - while being sent by mail
    - after repeated errors in entering the same codes
    - after 6 months of inactivity.

What can I do if I forget my password?

  • To recover your password, enter your user ID on the login page and click on "You forgot your password". You will receive an e-mail from us with a link to create a new password
  • But if you have not yet registered your e-mail and phone number, to request a new password you must write to mail@corneronline.ch.

PASSWORD

Did you forget the password?

  • A new password can be requested by sending an email to the assistance at: mail@corneronline.ch
  • The request should be sent directly by the user requiring assistance from the email address previously communicated to the Bank.
  • Cornèr Bank never requests or sends security codes by email

COMPATIBLE BROWSERS

What is the minimum version of the browser needed to access the Cornèronline website?

  • Edge at least 4 versions behind latest
  • Firefox at least 4 versions behind latest
  • Opera at least 4 versions behind latest
  • Chrome at least 3 versions behind latest
  • Safari at least 1 versions behind latest

What happens when using older versions of the browser?

If you use a version of the browser older than the minimum required, proper provision of service cannot be guaranteed.
In general, for security reasons it is recommended to always use an up-to-date version of your browser and operating system.
